Technically speaking, Ian's Coffee Stop is (was?) located in Victoria. You can tell you're in Victoria as opposed to Oak Bay or Saanich because the street signs are blue and not green.
ReplyDeleteI just mention that because my understanding is that the Turner family (who used to own the Turner's candy shop next door) has wanted to redevelop the building but has been stymied by changes to Victoria's building codes. The building is now set too close to the road and sidewalk, for starters.
